What a super picture - I would agree, that looks like the perimeter of the Longbridge Flying Grounds. Obviously an official photo, it's amazing how new, unpublished images continue to appear.

Probably an unblown car, note no air gauge or hand pump fitted.

Good spot, Robert. Those more learned than me have pointed this out, the patent plate being placed where the air gauge would have been sited.

Just lovely.. As Mike says, it is amazing how these photos continue to turn up. I suppose in these days of the Internet, sharing such images is such an easy thing to do...

The air gauge would have been to the left of the oil pressure gauge and the air pump slung from underneath the dashboard.
