Assuming that you've got the same access slot over the chassis for the other side, it should be a simple job to drop the new 'U' bolts in through the holes and then bolt them up from underneath. I would check the tightness of the spring locating bolts while you're at it (they are the ones just forward of the U bolts) and which are also tightened from underneath.
