Are you still inclined to the Cambridge?
I made one in 2011 and have the remains of the original body - not for sale - for dimensions.
Short chassis, though the longer version isn't much different, I think.

Hi,
apologies I have meant to reply to your appeal previously but keep forgetting to do so. I have a long wheel base Cambridge, owned since 1968, by the time I got around to rebuilding it the original body was beyond repair and so I purchased a new one made by David Tedham. He has I think made several and in his time made Cambridge fuel tanks, windscreens etc. I bought a set of Cambridge wings from Stuart Ulph, which were made at the time of rebuilding in about 2005, from I believe a set of patterns and about ten sets were made.
David Tedham may have information on short wheelbase versions, Stuart may know if the patterns still exist. If you need any further info please let me know by pm and I will try to help.
I am thinking of selling my Cambridge, based on a 1939 chassis if you want a ready made one however.

Not sure which suspension you have but my Cambridge has their front axle design with telescopic shocks - and they are very short! If you have the same do you do know what make they are please 'cos mine are shot.
I also have West London Wheels 15" - what tyres are you using?
