Very early Ruby - little details/differences...

Ruaridh does that early Ruby have rivets like mine does? See the two photos.

Mine does not have that early brakelight switch. It has a similar switch, but with a straight pull, not the lever.

The petrol filler bracket is interesting. My car did have this, but on reassemble I had no idea what it was. I wasn't even sure it was off the Austin seven

...and I trust you have found a decent painter now Ruairidh! By the way the motor cycle brake light switch was used from the 30's right up to the 60's I think.

I will let you know - I certainly hope so. So many are not interested in real work, just fixing a scratch or dent these days.
