I’ve used a set like the one Derek has suggested. However if you end up doing a lot of brazing/ silver soldering then you will use up oxygen bottles very fast and they are not cheap. I splashed out and bought a set like this

Not cheap but the gas lasts for ages and you can refill the oxygen. It is also a lot more powerful and very useful for hot bending some fairly meaty steel sections
