Brass petrol tap seizeing up

When they get tired and weapy just lap them in with timesaver compound. Its good on allsorts of things and unlike most lapping compounds it does not imbed into the surfaces of the metals been lapped. I have used it on plastic, brass, gunmetal and white metal with great results.
