Hi,
My old special had double tapered sleeves, Inside to fit Ford Ends / Outside to fit Austin Steering arms.
Now that's a challenge for the Lathe.
Or the Modern Method using Epoxy. ( Not Araldite but one of the specialist products for building up worn shafts )
One part needs to be clean and abraded the other with release agent on it.
