Well, David, as somebody looking at the Ulster you built point-blank refused to believe that the fuel tank was not original - you are the man for the job!
Besides that, how about Goodfellows metalwork@ossian4.co.uk ? Tinning the inside is, I believe, a problem and Rory has in the past recommended Dave Campbell at Lincolnshire Radiators for such work.
He writes: "Along with the supply of new, re-cored or repaired radiators we also offer a fuel tank repair service for any Steel or Aluminium tanks, with this ability we are also able to fabricate water/fuel/oil tanks to your specification.
Our dedicated & knowledgeable staff can offer advice on all of our products & our workshop is willing to undertake a variety of jobs. We have completed work from 1920’s vintage one of a kind vehicles all the way through to large generator radiators standing 9ft tall.
Whether it’s a new unit being sourced, queries about repair work or steel/aluminium fabrication you require, don’t hesitate to give us a call. You'd be surprised at what we can do for you..."
