Don't ask me, I'm French.

(PS. My keyboard doesn't do accents, a grave shortcoming of which I am acutely aware )

The stepped bolt on my car keeps unscrewing itself, but luckily the bottom of the distributor body stops it coming up so far that it falls out. If I try to tighten it up then the distributor adjustment locks up. Should there be a washer or spring under the head of the bolt?

David,
I have both and it works for me.

I think there should be a spring under the head. Cheers Howard
