Oil pipe flush

Hi guys is there way of flushing the internal oil pipe system without stripping the engine out

Thank you very much for this question, because I have been thinking about this question for a long time. Although I change the oil regularly (each year after less than 1000 miles), I would like to use special oils that - according to the producer- flush the system within a few miles at low rpm. Will this help or harm?
One example of a potential cleaner can be found here (Wagner Öl).
