HEADLIGHTS AT NIGHT

Perry Russell of Chessington sent Mac the item reproduced here from a 1995 Highway Code about lighting which is different to what Mac was told (see February 1998 Magazine), and he has passed it on for publication.

Rules and regulations apart, what do other A7 users feel about lights and night driving. Despite nose-diving ammeters do you use headlights at night in built up areas or do you drive on sidelights?

This seems like a good time for the electrical boffins to let us into the secrets of good lighting whilst maintaining as much originality as possible. Not asking much is itl?
