The crank pulley that drives the fan on our 1928 AD rocks about the taper drive pin and now sheds the fan belt. It is evident that the pulley has been redrilled at 90 degrees to the original. I am hoping that the aluminium pulley has worn preferentially and that the crank nose is fine. New pulleys are available from a number of our cherished suppliers at reasonable prices. Has anyone else experienced this?
Thanks Alan

You need a good fit on the pulley. I like to shrink them on.

the pulley sits on what is effectivley the crank nut. Not the crank itself

Thank you both for your comments. I'll do some dismantling for closer inspection.
