RH INSURANCE
YESTERDAY I POSTED ABOUT THE INCREASE IN MY PREMIUM.
I NOW FIND THAT I HAD MIS-READ PAPERWORK AND THE INCREASE WAS FAR SMALLER THAN I HAD ORIGINALLY THOUGHT.
MY APOLOGIES TO ALL CONCERNED.

That's good to hear Martin.
I was a bit mystified by your original post as I have just renewed with RH and the premium was only a very small increase on last year.

Dear Martin,
Thank you for letting us know. This certainly appears to be more in keeping with RH's approach to rating ie some years see a modest (low single digit rise), some are held flat and, occasionally, we have even seen reductions when compared with prior years.
That said, if anyone has any queries regarding their rating - or any other aspect of their RH insurance cover, it's always best to discuss with the Underwriters. They can be reached on 0333 043 3911 or email rh@ers.com.
In the meantime, I would still be delighted to take a look at your premium with you (it would be good to know by what % the premium has actually increased) so that we can understand whether it's in line with the rest of the account.
Please feel free to call me on 07956 232758 to discuss.
Kind regards,
Emma Airey

Thanks Martin. Good of you to post that. Like others, I was surprised you were having such an experience and I'm pleased to hear of the outcome...
