Computers are wonderful when they work.... Damage as looked with with a lead light this morning is more than bashed wing. Evidently the impact on the wheel and thus onto front axle was fairly serious, one leaf on the front spring is broken. Our specialist insurers are wonderful and more or less understand what we are talking about. Insurers for corporate leased cars, however are a different matter.

Duncan, 2CVs all over the place, but in the workshop a 2 cyl LNA. That’s an obscure car.

It's basically a Peugeot 104 with a 2CV engine and a Citroen badge. Quite rare these days. The 2CVs in the pic are both early ones and very collectable, particularly the van, but not much cop for daily use because they've both got the fairly gutless 425cc engine. The later 602 cars are much better (relatively). My upgrade from an Acadiane to a C15 was a revelation. I didn't realise how rubbish it was until I moved on. The only good things on the Acadiane were the brakes and the wind up windows (the only 2CV derivative to have the wind ups)
