RK focus
#1
I can’t see any focus for the RK specifically and it feels it could benefit from it?

In searching to RK information recently, I was trying to negotiate the search engine for the old forum (and realised that you can’t link adequately, for bringing old into the new forum), so what about something like this so that people can contribute links as another focus point when users come across something, and see that it could be information made more readily accessible…

I've just added a few I came across last night, just to give the semblance of a start..

https://sevenRK.wordpress.com

If you think its a good idea, is anyone interested in helping such a thing from the off?  It could go off in all sorts of directions like the audience-specfic Gordon England, Motor Dealerships or Nippy blog sites amongst others.

Excellent idea Jon - quite a few RK owners out there, hopefully one will take this forward.

Chris Garner has recently started an R Type register. I don't know how far that has progressed though.

Hugh - the R register wouldn't cross as just the early narrow door...but another interesting though put forward is the RF.
There aren't that many and they are sort of the same shape. Could make sense to combine i.e. non-steels...

Malcolm still owns his car and only recently re-restored it, maybe it's a good idea us humans can't be restored!!
All the best,
Peter.

Wonderful,as quoted in the final chapter he obviously has found "my type" of Austin Seven, I wonder  who holds the longest period of Seven ownership ?

My orthopaedic surgeon is about to have a shot at restoring my knee and shoulder.. if they last anything approaching Malcolm's RK ownership I'd be ecstatic !!

All the Best,
Albert...
