We (ScA7C) scanned our entire run of magazines onto a CD a few years back, hopefully PWA7C have something similar.

You're right Ruairidh, it was not in the grey mag (none that I have, anyway).

Though I found a bit about Roger Shea's trip in 2004C.

That was almost certainly part of the Ruby special edition we put together.

I still have all the photos that Roger’s widow passed on to me for it, will look them out and post them here, if you would like to see them.

The slides from first part of the trip were all stolen as exposed rills from the car in South America, very sad.

The Leyland Papers. Graham Turner.  (A book well worth a read as it follows the story of Austin Morris, through BMC, to British Leyland. )
