An absolutely ridiculous price - he can't be serious !!!! - but if the number plate is original to the radiator then the registration UY 246 was first issued by Worcestershire from January 1927. DVLA / A7CA have no record. Interestingly the UY registration records from 1926 to 1931 are apparently still held by Worcestershire County Archives.

I reported him as was left a rude voice message, with various unsavoury terms, in reply to a message. I was just intrigued about the reason 'Ulster' got brought into the mix - that plate plainly wasn't it!
