#11
Hi This is my Seven Roadster, I think it is an Aussie built car.

in the days when doctors made very many home visits their cars, all short cold runs, were quoted as the examples of extreme cylnider wear. On the other hand taxis, always hot, were quoted as the other extreme. Now with small water capacity, very rapd warm up, thermostats and fancy anti acid, counter sludge oils everything seems good for 200,000 miles and more.

A little further research showed that they were also known as Opera Coupés or "Oprey Coups" in US dialect...
Also most suitable for female drivers...???
Perhaps the IC engined version of the "Surrey with a fringe on the top"?
A cut-down (coupé) carriage with no room for the chaperone?
As horseless carriages there were Landaulettes and Phaetons, names derived from styles of carriage... along with the "dash board" where gravel and stones were dashed by flying heels...
