29 Chummy regular maintenance.

Can any one tell me how to get my 29 chummy ready for the summer season and/or regular maintenance.( grease, oil, cleaning, etc.)

I have not burrowed through the refs but generally reckoned prudent to only part fill diff. And the old idea of pumping hubs full of grease is nonsense. Can stir up what is there with a dowell thru the grese niipple hole. Dynamo output should not exceed about 8 amps charge lights off.

Get ready for summer. OK, must check oil levels, plugs, points, battery.....oh, first of all find the engine.

The best way to get "ready for the summer" is to not stop using it in the winter.
A drive on a crisp winters day is to be treasured and whilst circumstances limit usage at the moment, and in Steve's case the absence of an engine, I firmly believe that the best maintenance is usage. Just avoid salty roads.
