I made my own springs and turned up a set of bobbins in Acetel when I wanted some a couple of years ago.

I bought nylon bushes off ebay, available cheaply in all sizes.

Although this sort of thing makes me think we ought to have portions of the forum - for instance a 'dynamo' section where any specs people find useful (when replacing the smallest bits) get stored...

I found a box full of new brush springs yesterday. I think they are from a Delage North East unit, but may work. if you can contact by email through the forum I will measure and send a photo.
