Stuck magneto control Chummy 1926
#1
Good day. Would anyone have any information regarding removing the magneto control and the control tube from the steeering column, it is well and truly stuck. I’ve managed to get the horn button and throttle lever and tube off but the other one won’t budge. Any thoughts or ideas Would be gratefully  received, regards jim

Unclear as to what you mean here. Is the magneto ("Ignition") control rod stuck in the steering column or are the two rods ("Ignition" and "Gas") stuck together?

If it's the former of the two scenarios, can you rotate the rod? If not, it may be rusted/stuck to the outer "Stator" tube that carries the aluminium control plate in the centre of the steering wheel. If this is the case, serious dismantling and heat will be necessary to free it and ultimately may not be successful Sad .
