Does not say if a "Carte grise" will be easy to get...

UB 7907 - the DVLA show it as 'Date of first registration' September 1931 / 'Year of manufacture' 1931 and that it's currently SORN'd. The A7CA Chassis Register describes it as an 'Old entry not updated for a long time' Blue RM Saloon.

That's the same for all of us PC or Macs Derek! Temporary misfit. (Is'nt "tits up" not politically correct now? Wink )
Thanks Jeff. I'm interested how this car would look for registering here. Sad

Merry Christmas everyone

The Nippy for sale on Leboncoin is a better bet, original with an original sports engine for a tiny bit more money than the Ulster rep -> https://www.leboncoin.fr/voitures/1717016270.htm/

Leboncoin still has these 2 (ahem) 'race cars' for sale, they have been stuck on the sales floor for many years now, neither is very attractive and both are seriously over-priced

https://www.leboncoin.fr/voitures/1710127224.htm/ (from the front this one is painful...)
https://www.leboncoin.fr/voitures/1677741161.htm/ (The exhaust system is such a compromise on this one...)

As a good friend is fond of saying "You can always explain why it doesn't go, you can't explain why it doesn't look good !!"

Lastly, my view of the Forum has also gone a-mammary glands a-rising - laptop on Microsoft and iPad on IOS, I'm keeping the faith that folks far more learned than me are working on the problem

Aye

Hi Greig,
"Lastly, my view of the Forum has also gone a-mammary glands a-rising"
Ha ha ha!
Apart from that Greig the Nippy looks very good indeed [strike]and very good legs too[/strike]. Hmmm sorry...
The ali one has a really dreadful front as you pointed. The rad is far too much advanced for my taste.

The ad for the green machine seems appropriate for Yuletide, the plans for the exhaust and silencer came out of a Christmas cracker, or maybe bits of crackers and the box they came in were taped together as a pattern and taken down to the workshop.

As for the ali machine, the radiator may be "advanced" but nothing else in the design and biuld is.

There is another sorted Nippy in France that is about to be for sale, from Nick Poll (who has two...)

Renault, it’s Tits up and always will be for me. I’m really fed up with all of this PC crap. Too many bloody snowflakes in this world.

Sounds to me like the Donald has struck a chord somewhere.
