Yes it does.  The curved sea wall looks the same but the entrance looks much better these days...

The George Formby film "Spare a Copper - 1940" at around 6 minutes 30 seconds has a Swallow 2-seater, it gets bashed...

Cromer pier it is.

Renowned Shakespearean actor Fred Wimbush (Danny la Rue)  is called up whilst appearing in a play on the end of the pier...

Many a happy childhood memory from Cromer, we went back this summer and I took a picture of Miss Cromer (lovely tats!) and some geezer off the telly...

...on Cobbell road, just beyond the pier.

Hello,
my 7 (SVS 256   was JO  7623 before someone transferred the original number !!) appeared in a 1994 film 'Dragonworld'
On YouTube  at
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gy4qlktMavY

The car (looking very much as it does today) features from 5:20 minutes in, to 9:15 minutes (watching the rest of the film requires a degree of tenacity...or boredom)

best regards
Garry

Nice, up to the bit where the kid gets out of the car and throws the door open. Looks like the check strap didn't do it's job because the door must have gone right round and belted the wing. I would not have been impressed if that had been my car!

Here's a rather sweet one, a BMC publicity film featuring the Westminster (and an Austin 7): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rYprqXG5inY  Watch from 2:28 if you can't be bothered with the rest. However, there are three reels, all showing a very different England in 1957

The Mirror Crack'd, 1980. Unfortunately my disc won't play on the current computer, but I'd recorded appearances at 7min 5 secs to 7.2; 104.38 and 132.01-21
