Would anyone here with a rtc bodied special be willing to share some detailed photos? Are they ash framed or steel? Limited info on Google.

Hi John. They are steel framed, at least the MK 1 are.  If you are after a specific photo let me know and I’ll take one our car was bought assembled but Ian Bennet on the old forum built has and has photos.  Or you could ask Roach.

Hi John,  I am currently building a RTC special. The internal framing is ash, l used1/2 check joints when making the frames.
If you send me a PM I will take photos for you and answer any questions you have based on my experience.
I found Stuart Roach very helpful and answered my questions promptly.

It has a flat rear end.
