Have any of the forum users running a supercharged car any practical experience of the Cozette carburettor.
These were original fitment for the supersports and Ulster.

so what do you use on a supercharged car then Charles?
Robert, I don't know if this will help. Here is a link to the US Patent office application by Rene Cozette in 1924. In it, Cozette describes the detail and workings of the unit.

All very interesting chaps, I have experience of the Solex but am asking about Cozette carburettors.
Thanks Erich for the patent application which I have seen.

I've got a Gurtner fitted to mine....Thinking about it, it's a different non-supercharged engine, in a different car and the engine hasn't run yet.
Hope that helps with regards to the Cozette. Tom

I can tell you that when we put an HL28 on a flowbench it flowed less well than a 1.25 SU, but slightly better than a 1"SU

All very interesting but does anyone have any first-hand experience with the Cozette carburettor?
