I’ve also got the original CD of plans if anyone wants to buy it.

Bill,
I was watching one of those crappy TV restoration programmes the other day and saw them regrain a Delorean. The process, using a large flapwheel, on the Stainless Steel may be of interest to you...
Google “how to regrain your Delorean” and you will see what I mean.
We shall be near you over the Easter Weekend, maybe catchbup then and you can have a look at my catches etc.

Hi Ruairidh
Thanks for the tip about Deleoreans.
A flap wheel would be too vicious on alloy I think.
Hope to see you at Easter with the family.
I can show you the various bits I’ve already plated.
Neil’s dropped off his hinges etc and had started on
Making his catches.
Hope to sort out the woodwork round my catches today.
Once done I can finalise the lacquering on two doors
See you soon
Regards
Bill
Ps will sort out my Guildtown form!

It was more the process Bill, I am sure you could adapt abrasive to suit.
Whatever, hope to see you then too.

Looks in nice order, but pretty high price ?
No details of engine spec or V5C????

I quite like the look of whatever is next to it too. Looks very GN-ish.

Another sunny day so was able to roll
The Cup out into the sun.
Spent a couple of hours adjusting the door fits and
Catches and finalising the boot area. Will be
Able to lacquer the doors now.
Most of the interior trim now installed permanently.
Due to the change in GMT thought I’d fit the 8 day clock.
What can I do in 8 days I wonder?
