I wonder if this one will get tinfoil glued to the grille like the last cowelled rad car he sold... To be fair, it may have been silver paint or even chrome... Not that I have been following him with some amusement since he suffered a little buyer's remorse.

Well Nick, the seller is or was a forum member.
You never know, he might let you know what's happening to the rest of it. Although there may be more of an outcry if it was a regular supplier breaking rubies. Tony.

As you know, I always think it a shame when a car is broken. More so when a decent solid car get funked up to make a special. I suspect that "Mr Williams" will unveil his latest creation soon enough.
Intetesting to know he's a forum member. Do you know him personally Tony?

Hi nick,
More as a customer, rather than personal. I don't like to see these restoreable cars broken either, but what can you do. Tony.

A couple of years ago I went to see one of this sellers offerings. It was, to put it bluntly a joke. Even my lad who knew nothing about Pre war cars at the time said it looked more like a "model of a car" than an actual car.
Needless to say we passed & have given any other offerings, all be it nice looking ones, a very wide birth.

It's nice to know that in this upside down world there are some things that remain consistent.
After all the snowboarding season is over so you have to applaud the recycling of those skis. Andy B
Enjoy yourself, it's later than you think!

What can one say?
Gordon England???!!! The rest of the description sounds remarkably familiar to his previous unfinished efforts, as do the claims of easy registration. |
