Definitely - have used them for other wheels, too.

I assume that wheels fitted with washers on the wheel studs have non tapered wheel nuts. Just plain nylock nuts fitted.

Well, yes and no!!

You can use plain washers and plain nylocks. My Trials Car has these and has had for around 20 years. The washers do, over time, take up the shape of the countersink in the wheel slightly. However, much neater are purpose made tapered washers, again with standard nylocks. Like many others, I have these fitted to my Ulster.
