Attachments not working (FIXED)

After installing a plugin to solve a problem with images rotating on upload, attachments are now failing unless of very small size.
We are trying to solve this, but disabling the plugin does not seem to have helped. Please bear with us while we try to resume usual service.

Thanks to Timothy, who found the right hint on the net, we could change the php scripts accordingly and get the possibility to post attachments back!!!

What a relief, huge thank you to Huey (Management) for the massive amount of work updating and rebuilding just about everything to get us back on track. Thank you also to all forum members for bearing with it.
Now to sort out photo's of the Great Dorset Steam Fair  .
