The 1928 Chummy PN 1560 shown right at the beginning of this short 1963 film is on the Chassis Register.  I wonder who owns it now?

In 1963 I was nine. I'd heard of London but don't think it had occurred to me that one day I might visit the place. Super film though , thanks.
