It's at the bottom of the list as an accurate date cannot be attributed to it. Most Brochures have a publication date, but a handful do not. They appear as a group at the bottom of the list. It is not always the case that publication date aligns with publication number (oddly)

I would have thought it perfectly reasonable to attribute a date of late-1929 to it; the illustrations clearly show the deep-section mudguards introduced in September 1929 whilst also showing the mid-sized radiator current up to mid-1930. Brochure illustrations were often out-dated, sometimes artistically modified to a new design (RNs used to illustrated RPs, for example) but I have never seen an Austin brochure anticipating a new design.
