Time will tell.
We should not forget that Turner's own work was generally despised in his lifetime, the later paintings receiving vicious reviews from the critics.

May I comment on the seemingly new Jaguar... perhaps I've missed something but it strikes me as particularly graceless... perhaps I'll come round once I've got used to the "cut from a lump of wood on the bandsaw" school of woodwork design?
Not to be driven in areas with kerbstones seems to have been in the brief?

It’s a concept car. The one that eventually goes into production won’t be like that. What it does do is signal a change of direction for Jaguar. Myself, I find it hugely exciting and I can’t wait to see how it turns out.

its just another mad group of people jumping on the "woke culture" bandwagon, if you showed the leaping cat jaguar mascot even in "silhouette" to anyone you know anywhere in the world, they will know what it is in an instant and say it's off a Jaguar they certainly would not say "old hat mate" get rid of it , I think the present group of executives working at Jaguar cars were planted there by by the CEO of the "SACKOFKAKI", car company many years ago and they are now ready to put their evil plan into operation and what a job they are doing Regards to all Rob.

I think sitting in the back of this car with the tiny rear windows would be quite unpleasant. Could do with an airline vomit bag storage facility behind the front passenger seats. Or perhaps it is just a two seater? Anyway should we not be designing smaller, lighter cars not great big lumpish “get out of my way!” bully cars?

I worked for a company that's had the same trademark for over a hundred years and guards it with vigor.

Yes, but at least the guy that bought it (for $6.2million) got to eat it...

New Jag looks like something we would cut out and paste up off of a cornflake packet.
