Looking at the "larger headlights" mounted on the front wings instead of the radiator, I think this is a late production Gordon England Cup. That is late 1928 to March 1929.

The picture is on the Gordon England Register website.  PK-5421 is a Surrey registration, issued between May 1928 and May 1929.

I thought it looked familiar and then realised it's the image used on the genealogy website Find My Past when there is a problem.

That is correct - along with the single piece windscreen, more akin to the Stadium one.

A lot of these late Cups appear to have reached the Export market, perhaps a last ditch attempt to save the company?
