It looks like a very early version of the A7CA Chassis Register, in order of Chassis Number.

I think it might be the first computerised version of the A7 Register, produced by Adli Halabi who was one of the very few people to have a computer at that time (early-mid 1980s?). Try Sandy Croall, he might know.
