Good news !
Things will settle down after you have driven a few miles.
Compression test results will be lower than normal unless you have managed to wedge the throttle open. I suspect that hand cranking will also give a lower result than a starter motor, unless you are superhuman !
Expect around 100 PSI for a high compression head and everything sealing well. A low compression head will read a bit less.
