Yes Chris, it's an Longbridge-built AVF van from the early 1930s (it looks like it has the deep front wing section as fitted to RL and early RM saloons, which continued to be fitted to the vans through 1932). I don't recognise the big saloon (probably American), but the car in the background is a Triumph Super Seven.

The (very) tenuous connection being that while flicking through old pics of Redruth hoping for more this one came up - it's just outside the town at Illogan Highway, "circa 1930".
