That is an early coil fan pulley mounted to a magneto fan pulley bracket.

You and Stephen need to swap.
BTW - the steel (?) section of your pulley itself is unusual, most likely an older repair.

The pulley is bronze probably locally made years ago. There seem to be quite a few Bronze items locally, I have a steering box and also water outlets.

You might need to check the distance between it's mounting and radiator core as one will be about 3/4" different in length dependent on the car or it's from a 3 sp or 4 sp crankcase.
