I bought one of these step up converters on Ebay  https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/DC-DC-Boost-Power-XL6019-Adjustable-Voltage-Converter-Step-up-Module/312827033805?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 that will take a low voltage up to what you want but in retrospect I would in the future use a small 5000mAh power bank, I bought one at Aldi on special for $6.00 (3.5 Quid) and that will give you enough for 2 full recharges of your phone and the larger ones are not much more money.
