Sorry, but I ran out of them a little while ago, and the person I got them from has sadly died
However, the ones I stocked were for the CAV & Lucas large switchpanels, and have a ΒΌ BSF thread.
The grub screws for the PLC switches are 2BA - the original ones are steel and are often found rusted in place on older units. I can't see why you couldn't just use an ordinary round-head 2BA screw instead, provided that it's long enough to clamp the wire(s) firmly.
