The car spent some time in the States - the Americans love to plate anything!!
75 and 65 intake manifolding is identical and thus interchangeable.
On the 65 engine I've just found

The Patent number refers to the Ricardo improvement of cylinders of ICEs, dated 22.07.1919.
Internal head profile is identical to the Works 9E head.
