Only one of the potential suppliers responded to my emails, unfortunately. The one that kindly did, was unable to help, but said he would keep an eye out.
In the meantime a Forum member, who I helped some time ago, sourced one from a private collection and sent it on, it is superb quality. I understand it was made by Alan Raeburn.
