Mt grandson has had 2 bad experiences with the RAC with it 9 months.
1st. At 9pm the engine cut out and refused to start. Patrolman arrived after 2 hours and said it was not a roadside fix and arranged a recovery this however was not available for a further 4 hours. When the car was finally home my son checked it over the following morning and changed a blown fuse. The engine fired up immediately and has run fine ever since.
2nd. His car one of the moderns that does not have a spare wheel. On his way back from college at around 4.30pm one afternoon he hit a pothole which resulted in a puncture one that would not re inflate with the pressurised puncture repair kit supplied by the manufacturer. Again called the RAC. Was told he had to pay £40.00 before they would come to him. (This I have except as parts for are not covered.) £40.00 paid by means of a debit card and waited for patrol to arrive. 10pm. No show by RAC so my grandson gave up and phoned his father for a lift home. Now looking for a better brake down deal.

Would you believe it "Her who must be obeyed" refers to my Ruby as the toy.
