Trying to estimate some figures, if I (generously) assume 50 lbs-ft per litre and 17.5 cc that works out at 0.87 lbs-ft.
If it can manage that torque at 9000 RPM that's 1.5 BHP and 87 BHP per litre.
The makers claim 2.5 PS, but I find that a bit hard to believe for a non-turbo side valve unless it's developed at 15000 RPM or more.
