"YouTubers" who spend hours putting up videos of, "How to deal with and understand passwords" can earn a tidy sum for their efforts. It is, of course, the adverts that allow YouTube to pay them. It's the same with adverts that pop up on a page where one is researching something interesting - the majority of these are google Ads - a system called Adsense - a way to monetise website traffic. The website owner takes 60%, Google 40%. Click on an advert and it might send a few pennies or, in some cases, several pounds to each.
