My only concern over these LED flashing lights is that they can distract.
I have a similar one on my RP and a while ago had someone having a go at me when turning right. It would appear that the 'dazzling' LEDs were overshadowing and distracting from my less bright/visible indicators. I now run the LEDs on a lower light level setting.
