The flanges seem low although the heavy wheels assist. Anyone used to flicking a Seven around corners would have to take note of the posted speeds. I can remember the 3 wheel man powered  push pull "jiggers" in use when I was a boy. Based on cycling, must have been hard work. Were also models with motors.
