I grew up in Sarf Lunnon quite close to St. Mildred's Garage. An MOT certificate from there for an A7 during during the 1970s would definitely count as a rare thing.
The owner/manager/MOT tester seemed to have a hatred of old cars in general and A7s in particular; if you wanted a sharp intake of breath and a professional slow shake of the head when he discovered a minute amount of play in a kingpin or wheel bearing then that was the place to go.
