I see there’s a rear view from your earlier post, sorry I missed that.  I think the rear and top wooden members define the car and would be tempted to recess a leather cloth roof inside/below those - like a standard saloon roof - so those timbers can still be seen.

I would also consider leaded side windows, why?  Simply because you can and it would add hugely to eccentricity of the vehicle.

Have you considered the seats with canvas and electric bands (like the early 2cvs had) for the front?

These could be cut down to suit...
