Has any forum member received notification of RH insurance changing ownership yet again. Today 4/8/20 I received a letter informing me that the ownership of RH insurance was transferring from Hiscox to A-plan insurance. Apart from all the bumph telling me that nothing had changed other than ownership some information held on file was to be transferred to A-plan insurance. They went on to say thar if I was not happy with this arrangement I would have to look for new a insurance company to insure my vehicle.
There is no mention of reimbursement of days unused.I am not really worried about this but annoyed that my policy is only 4 days old having renewed it on the 1/8/20 and at the time of renewing nothing was mentioned about the transfer of ownership.
My loyalty with RH is beginning to get somewhat frayed.
