Speedex Heads

A lot of us have tried a lot of heads over a lot of years. I've become a firm convert to Dave's repro Ricardo heads currently having four of my five engines fitted with them. If you were to have a look at cars that are competing be it trials, race or speed I think you'll find that a majority these days are fitted with this head. Of course, that might just be a case of following a fashion but, surely, we can't all be wrong.

I'm obviously not a follower of fashion as I've been using a Whatmough head for about 20 years !
Although one engine does have one of Dave's Ricardo heads .
